The first anniversary after the Samprokshanam was celebrated on 21st April 2011. Thirumanjanam was performed for
Lord Sundarakothandarama, Sita devi, Elayaperumal, Anjaneya, Garuthman, Alwars and Acharyas.
A Garuda Vahanam which was newly made was dedicated to Lord Sundara Kothandarama, who adorned the same and blessed Bakthas
with a veedhi ula.
Thirumanjanams are performed on important days like Sankaranthi, Akshaya
Thrutiyai, Aadi Vellikizhamai, Navrathri, Deepavali etc. Special poojas are conducted daily in the month of Margazhi
